Until then you can keep using version 1.0 RC9, as it's the latest one that will still work. I got frustrated and gave up, I then went to my intel extreme tuning utility app and it said it needed updated. Command center is fine, but oc controls doesn’t want to work whatsoever. We tried downloading and redownloading command center and OC controls from the website, Microsoft store, and even tried doing the custom installation as another user suggested on a similar post. I called support and after over 2 hours of trying to get everything working still nothing. Command center downloaded fine but oc controls wouldn’t work. I saw there was a command center / oc controls update. I am at home currently and decided to turn it on and see if anything needed updated. So I never really use my laptop except when I travel.
